In a land far far away, I decided to start posting to a silly blog. At the time I started posting, I was going through some pretty icky stuff in my life. A dear friend of mine at the time reminded me it would be good to look at the glass half full instead of half empty. I know repetitive in my posts, but it was a statement that has stuck with me. So LOVE LIFE NOW started my journey. It is true you must love life now, and not wait for it to come by on a perfect day. I ended up changing my blog name to FRESH START, because it was at the time for me a Fresh Start. Newly divorced, children growing and moving on with their lives, new small apartment, new challenges, new beauty.

I really thought it would just be a journal of my days, so I could go back and look at my thoughts from one day to another. I also wanted it to be a journal of my adventures, fly fishing, being grandma (mimi) etc.. What I did not realize is the benefits I would receive from ‘blogging’ . So many different people I read about everyday, their adventures, their challenges, their life perspectives their fly fishing love that I share. I never in my wildest dreams thought my world would expand to where it is today just from journaling my thoughts and taking pictures with my telephone.

I want to thank the people who visit my blog and read, leave comments or like my post. I want to thank the people who are interested in looking at my blurry photos I take with my Iphone-because it is the beauty I want to share at the moment I see it. I want to thank the people I subscribe to who share their personal thoughts or adventures from all around the world. It continues to be an amazing journey for me.

Life is far different from two years-eleven days ago. It is better. I am blessed beyond my wildest dreams- I still live alone in my tiny place with my best friend Teddy, but life isn’t as icky as it was. I still have different challenges day-to-day. I have taken more adventures since that summer and know there are many more in my future. Possibly I will get a better camera or become a better picture maker so not everything looks so blurry.

But for today THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! So many new friends and favorites.

I was going to write this on my two-year anniversary, but I was on my camping trip….so eleven days later…

Thank you, it does get better each and every day. If I didn’t take the advice of my good friend, and look at things in a positive way I don’t think I would be where I am today. Thank you for stopping by….I enjoy your blog and photos very much.
