You realize the city you live in never gets snow when it snows seven inches and they declare a snow ice Emergancy and cancel all events scheduled.
Now as I stated before, I am not a confident snow driver so I got a forced day home yesterday. And listening to the news and how there was 236 car accidents by 7 pm last night I was glad to be home.
This morning I got invited to breakfast and a movie by a confident snow driver. It was fun to get out and see the winter wonderland, and the not so bright drivers and pedestrians out. It’s almost as there are no red lights or signs to heed to if there is snow.
But the beautiful blue sky, crisp air and sparkling white makes me so happy!!
Beautiful pics! In Seattle we rarely get snow. In this city of hills, where few are used to driving on snow, two inches will shut down the city. Snow is predicted next week, and I can hardly wait!
Thanks Naomi. It is absolutely beautiful.
Oh dear M, stay inside and in warm… I hope and wish snow not to stay long there 🙂 Thanks and Love, nia
Thanks dear Nia, I am taking the bus to work tonight but otherwise I have been tucked under my blankets.
