Out OES FAMILY has had a hard time at work this week. Knowing the restaurant has been sold has brought many guests in for a final dining experience. Many regular guests that have been coming for many years so some tears have been shed. And some that have had gift cards that they are not certain will be honored.
This has created a very busy place when it normally is slow because of Spring Break.
Lots of questions or random input on what they think the new owners should turn the restaurant into. Lots of spaghetti warehouse suggestion
One thing for sure is if we cannot stay together after the new owners take over, we wi always have a unique bond just a bit further apart.
Last night one of the chefs made amazing tacos for all the employees to enjoy
I WILL MISS MY #oesfam
