I just returned from the seven day Alaskan cruise that had the nine fatalities on the float plane in Ketchican.
So sad. We didn’t know any of the pass angers personally, but somehow the sadness is so intense knowing a wife and mother lost her husband and daughter on what was to be a joyous voyage. Another couple who just began their journey together in Medford and then the pilot who was flying them over this majestic spot.
You just never know how fragile life is until something so tragic hits close to home. Hug your friends and family each day.
As the minister on the Ship stated so well, there is no answer to why God takes some of us sooner than others, but he is asking when he sees Him.
